You can reach us by sending email to WheatChaffFeedback@gmail.com or sending GeekMail to WheatChaff.
Usually less than five minutes.
If you do not receive your recommendations after 15 minutes, then please contact us and / or re-request in an hour.
Whenever you request recommendations, we get your data fresh from BoardGameGeek. Unfortunately this requires a significant delay, so it is impossible for us to deliver your results immediately.
We will never sell your email address, nor send you marketing emails. We send emails only in response to your recommendation requests.
If you are unwilling to share your email, you can send us recommendation requests via GeekMail, and we will (manually) reply with the recommender results within a few days.
This allows you to request recommendations from another user's collection. For instance, you can use a friend's BGG owned collection with your own ratings, and the resulting recommendations will tell you what games to play at their house.
Use the following guidelines:
80-100% is a strong recommendation. Definitely worth playing, even buying.
60-80% is recommended. Better than average, though we suggest playing before buying.
40-60% is mediocre. Not bad, but we recommend focusing your time elsewhere.
0-40% is subpar. Avoid.
No. We find BGG's best player counts too restrictive, while their recommended player counts allow too many borderline values through. So we developed our own formula which is somewhere in between.
